• 📝 Ingredients:

1 cup oats
1 cup mixed vegetables (carrot, beans, peas, capsicum)
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon olive oil
½ teaspoon cumin seeds
Salt to taste
½ teaspoon black pepper
1½ cups water

•👩‍🍳 How to Prepare Vegetable Oats:

Heat olive oil in a pan and add cumin seeds
Add chopped onion and saute until lightly golden
Add mixed vegetables and cook for 2–3 minutes
Add oats and mix gently
Pour in water and add salt
Cook on medium heat for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally
Turn off the heat once the oats are soft and well cooked .
