1 cup oats
1 cup mixed vegetables (carrot, beans, peas, capsicum)
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon olive oil
½ teaspoon cumin seeds
Salt to taste
½ teaspoon black pepper
1½ cups water
•👩🍳 How to Prepare Vegetable Oats:
• Heat olive oil in a pan and add cumin seeds
Add chopped onion and saute until lightly golden
Add mixed vegetables and cook for 2–3 minutes
• Add oats and mix gently
• Pour in water and add salt
Cook on medium heat for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally
Turn off the heat once the oats are soft and well cooked .
